Fleet Week: Taking Stock
n August 2025, the project working group, led by Kevin Guilbault, launched Princeton’s first-ever “Fleet Week.” The idea was simple: put eyes on every vehicle, talk to the people who drive them, and find out what’s really happening on the ground. Fleet Project Launch
The Fleet Project Working Group, comprising a cross-functional team representing Parking and Transportation, Risk Management, Facilities, and Finance and Treasury, has begun evaluating the current state of fleet vehicles on campus to identify challenges and opportunities, charting a path for measurable progress in the fleet assessment project. The current state of fleet vehicles encompasses the processes by which vehicles are purchased, cataloged, maintained, and ultimately retired.
